Position Overview

This is a full-time position and will be based in our studio in Dublin, Ireland.  There is flexibility for remote working but applicants should be in the same timezone as the studio +/- 2hours.

Position Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Production Manager, the Asset Coordinator will provide support to the Line Producer and production team as needed

• The Asset Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining and updating schedules, setting priorities and assigning tasks for the CG Asset team

• Maintain and update Shotgrid task assignments and statuses for the production

• Working with the team to ensure they are clear on daily delivery objectives in line with the schedule

• Responsible for continual team updates and effectively communicating with the team on priorities and reviews

• Documenting decisions, reviews and requests through note-taking to ensure actions are tracked and managed appropriately

• Communicate any potential impacts to the schedule to the Production Manager/Line Producer as needed. 

• Ability to remain focused on the big picture without losing track of the details.

• Ensuring work is being approved and completed on time and to specification

• Support a collaborative and creative environment that produces awesome Giant projects

Position Requirements

• Experience coordinating in an Animation studio or 2+ years as Production Assistant

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. 

• Great understanding of the CG Animation Pipeline

• The ability to connect and work with a wide variety of personalities

• Able to take direction and multi-task with a great attitude

• Excellent written & communication skills are essential

• Able to work and communicate effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines

• Proactive and motivational attitude.

• Knowledge of Shotgrid a plus
