This is a full-time position and will be based in our studio in Dublin, Ireland. There is flexibility for remote working but applicants should be in the same timezone as the studio +/- 2hours.

Provide creative and technical solutions on an ongoing basis throughout a project and constantly strive to meet client and internal quality expectations
Work closely with the Director(s), Art director and Line Producer throughout production to help define and refine the creative requirements of the project so they can be technically achieved within budget
Work closely with the Line Producer and Production Manager to evaluate project estimations as the production develops
Troubleshoot and manage project specific problems as they happen to support the team
Work closely with the production team(s) to manage the creative and technical team(s) to meet schedule objectives
Collaborate with leads and artists in all CG departments, provide clear directives and objectives, and monitor progress
Attend client meetings and calls as necessary
Filter diverse feedback from both client and project Director(s) to members of the creative and technical team(s)
Working closely with the production team, help identify strengths of the creative and technical team members best suited to certain tasks and help set tasks for them
Review the work of the teams from a technical perspective and make sure that they are staying within the technical and creative parameters of the project
Conduct project evaluations and post-mortem reports at the wrap of each project
Support a collaborative and creative environment that produces awesome Giant projects. Including coaching and mentorship to department heads and other crew members
Minimum 5 years experience working within CG animation production
Minimum 2 years experience working in a supervisory capacity
Strong working knowledge of 3D software, preferably including Maya, Houdini and Nuke. Knowledge of Shotgun software is a plus.
Demonstrable understanding of the full CG pipeline
A strong, measurable track record in delivering against project goals.
