This is a full-time position and will be based in our studio in Dublin, Ireland. There is flexibility for remote working but applicants should be in the same timezone as the studio +/- 2hours.

Responsible for managing and delivering Giant project(s) on time and on budget
Responsible for the fiscal management of Giant project(s), maintaining complete oversight of budget(s) & schedule(s)
Prepare Monthly Cost Reports for review by Executive Team
Liaise with client(s) & producing partner(s) while maintaining positive, collaborative and effective working relationships
Be proactive and responsive about challenges to production budget(s) & schedule(s) and deliver solutions to resolve issues
Create and manage overall show schedule(s). Work closely with your PM and HOD’s to ensure that schedule(s) are accurate and up-to-date
Ensure key creative leadership and the production team works well together and manage them towards reaching and delivering the creative and production goals of Giant project(s) within schedule and budget
Ensure communication channels are open within the project(s) and that all departments are providing accurate feedback and functioning to their full potential
Ensure that the creative leadership and production team(s) are setting clear and achievable goals with their teams
Offer support and advice to creative leadership and production team(s) to help them manage their teams and deliver quotas
Lead the interviewing, hiring process and deal negotiations for all project hires
Work closely with HR and Admin departments on employee relations issues
Present detailed production reports at weekly executive meetings
Actively safeguard proprietary and confidential information
Help with studio initiatives that contribute to the Giant company culture of tolerance, inclusiveness and creative openness
Support a collaborative and creative environment that produces awesome Giant projects. Including coaching and mentorship to department heads, production management and other crew members
5+ years Experience in CG Animation
3+ years in a senior Management position
Proven scheduling experience with a knowledge of Shotgrid
Good knowledge of Excel
Strong leadership capabilities, motivating and leading teams with enthusiasm
Ability to manage clients needs and expectations in line with series assumptions
Organised and methodical in approach to work
