This is a full-time position based in the Dublin studio. There is flexibility for hybrid/remote working but applicants should be able to work in the Irish timezone as the studio.

Track progress of tasks for assigned artists or sequences in the production tracking system.
Assist Production Coordinator/Supervisor with the department calendar(s) and schedule(s).
Assist Production Coordinator/Supervisor with maintaining quotas, deadlines, ensuring departmental productivity goals are consistently met.
Understand the department workflow(s) and work with Supervisor(s) to maintain and manage the department(s).
Follow up with Artist Lead(s) on a daily basis to ensure task deliveries remain on schedule; communicate any schedule changes to appropriate Artist Lead(s), Supervisor(s) and Production.
Responsible for multiple ‘dailies’ sessions each day, as well as client reviews.
Record and publish notes from meetings and reviews that accurately reflect action items.
Have awareness of and ability to report work in progress for assigned department(s).
Update and amend task tracking on Shotgun; collaborate with other coordinators and managers to keep all data accurate and current.
Schedule meetings at the request of the Manager(s), Supervisor(s) and Lead(s).
Proactively respond to requests for information and assist those within and outside of the department.
Responsible for various daily office activities: scheduling meetings, booking rooms, copying, filing, typing up notes and distributing them accordingly.
A positive, proactive and collaborative attitude.
1 – 2 years of experience in an animation studio.
Working knowledge of Office and Google Suite, Shotgun a plus.
Able to take direction and multi-task.
Able to work and communicate effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
