This is a full-time position and will be based in our studio in Dublin, Ireland. There is flexibility for remote working but applicants should be in the same timezone as the studio +/- 2hours.

Manage the overall show schedule for all phases of production
Schedule and plan resource requirements with the Line Producer, Art Director and Creative Leads to plan an effective and efficient approach to completing the show within agreed deadlines
Communicate effectively to continually ensure the team understands their goals and milestone deadlines
Regularly report Show progress and any delays to Line Producer, Art Director and Creative Leads
Inform all necessary parties and departments of any possible/actual delays, the reasons why and what is being done to avoid further delays
Assist the Line Producer with the weekly client reports, ensuring the information contained within is up to date and accurate at all times
If requested by the Line Producer, liaise with the client to arrange reviews, meetings, conference calls, deliveries, schedule discussions etc
Assist the Line Producer throughout the project recruitment process; Helping with correspondence, candidate reviews and arranging and participating in interviews
Work closely with Line Producer, HR and Admin departments on employee relations issues
Help manage and mentor the production team, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clearly defined
Help with studio initiatives that contribute to the Giant company culture of tolerance, inclusiveness and creative openness
Support a collaborative and creative environment that produces awesome Giant projects. Including coaching and mentorship to department heads as well as production and art teams
5+ years Management experience in CG Animation
Proven scheduling experience with a knowledge of Shotgrid
Good knowledge of Excel
Strong leadership capabilities, motivating and leading teams with enthusiasm
Ability to manage clients needs and expectations in line with series assumptions
Organised and methodical in approach to work
Proactive approach to troubleshooting production and staff issues
Ability to establish priorities and multi-task efficiently within a high pressure environment while meeting strict TV deadlines
Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively with all levels of production team, artists and management
