This is a fixed-term one-year contract. Ideally, you will be based in Ireland but this role is open to all artists who can work within a 4-hour time difference of the Irish timezone to allow for daily interaction and collaboration with the creative and production teams.
As a Shot Production Coordinator at Giant, you will be responsible for assisting and supporting production supervision as well as maintaining quotas, deadlines and ensuring departmental productivity goals are consistently met. In addition, you will maintain and manage production workflows to assist with departmental and show needs.

Support the Production Management and Department Supervisors to ensure that there is clear, up-to-date communication between departments
Assist Production Manager with maintaining quotas, deadlines & inventory, ensuring departmental productivity goals are consistently met
Manage day-to-day Shotgun/ShotGrid task assignments and statuses
Manage Calendar(s) for the Leadership team as needed for the Project
Provide clear and professional communication to all crew members across various departments in meetings and via email and messages
Work with Departmental Leads, CG Supervisor(s), and Art Director(s) to ensure deadlines are met
Work closely with the Production Manager to send out Deliverables to the Client via Email and/or ShotGrid
Create an environment that promotes collaboration and creativity. Including being an effective facilitator between Department Heads or Supervisors, Leads, Production, and Artists
Ensuring that the workflow from one department to the next is as seamless as possible, as well as responding to issues as they arise and problem-solving with other Coordinators, Production Manager(s), and Department Heads or Supervisors
3 years of experience as a Coordinator with a passion for Animation or Films in general
Experience with Shot Production processes and workflow, preferably with Layout and Animation departments
Working knowledge of Shotgun/ShotGrid
Organized, proactive, adaptable and a self-starter with a can-do attitude
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment
Ability to work as part of a team, take feedback and direction and mentor junior production staff
