Position Overview

This is a full-time position and will be based in our studio in Dublin, Ireland. 

The role is only open to applicants willing to relocate to Ireland if required and applicants should ideally be eligible to work within the EEA.

Position Responsibilities

  • Liaise with Senior Management and internal departments to determine recruitment needs
  • Determine selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions
  • Source potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, as well as print media, posters, and flyers, when required
  • Manage hiring processes thorough internal tracking systems
  • Evaluate applications and screen candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitate pre-interview assessments
  • Compile interview questions and conduct in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates
  • Document processes and help prepare hiring forecasts as part of the company’s strategic planning
  • Foster good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants
  • Develop hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keep informed of advancements in the field
  • Work with Senior Management to implement policy reviews and recruitment process updates as required
  • Support a collaborative and creative environment that produces awesome Giant projects with great teams

Position Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment 
  • Experience working in Animation / VFX sector a plus
  • Ability to liaise with internal departments and develop hiring strategies and profiles
  • Strong knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract suitable applicants
  • Exceptional ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists and interview candidates
  • Experience in creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidates
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage your own time
